• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery
• We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders placed before changes will be honored

5. Delivery

Our delivery terms:

• We currently deliver only to Noida pincodes (201xxx)
• We aim to deliver within 30 minutes, subject to availability and conditions
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

7. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary due to monitor settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildGenie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
