How Returns Work
Simple 4-step process to get your refund
Initiate Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or app to initiate a return.
Schedule Pickup
Our team will schedule a pickup at your convenience. Keep items in original packaging.
Quality Check
Once received, we inspect items within 24 hours to verify condition.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original, unopened packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong items delivered
- Damaged items (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Items not matching product description
Not Eligible
- Items opened or used after delivery
- Items returned after 7 days
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Electrical items that have been connected to power
- Mixed cement, adhesives, or other consumables

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:
- Items with minor signs of use or handling
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items with missing parts (deducted from refund)
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for:
- Wrong items delivered — we'll deliver the correct item at no extra cost
- Defective items — we'll replace with a new item
- Size/variant exchanges — subject to availability
For exchanges, we'll pick up the original item when delivering the replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:
- Cancelled before the order is dispatched — instant refund
- Order hasn't been picked up for delivery yet
Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please refuse delivery and it will be treated as a return.
Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- Do not use or install the damaged items
- We'll arrange immediate pickup and replacement/refund
