How Returns Work

Simple 4-step process to get your refund

Step 1

Initiate Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or app to initiate a return.

Step 2

Schedule Pickup

Our team will schedule a pickup at your convenience. Keep items in original packaging.

Step 3

Quality Check

Once received, we inspect items within 24 hours to verify condition.

Step 4

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Unused items in original, unopened packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged items (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Items not matching product description

Not Eligible

  • Items opened or used after delivery
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Electrical items that have been connected to power
  • Mixed cement, adhesives, or other consumables

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • Items with minor signs of use or handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items with missing parts (deducted from refund)

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for:

  • Wrong items delivered — we'll deliver the correct item at no extra cost
  • Defective items — we'll replace with a new item
  • Size/variant exchanges — subject to availability

For exchanges, we'll pick up the original item when delivering the replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • Cancelled before the order is dispatched — instant refund
  • Order hasn't been picked up for delivery yet

Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please refuse delivery and it will be treated as a return.

Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • Do not use or install the damaged items
  • We'll arrange immediate pickup and replacement/refund
