+2.5% convenience fee passed to buyer — we don't absorb MDR on bulk-ticket orders.

Box-qty orders dispatch via freight partner. Delivery ETA quoted per pincode before you confirm.
FAQ
- I don't have a GSTIN — can I still get wholesale pricing?
- No. Bulk pricing is gated to GSTIN-registered buyers for tax compliance. You can still bulk-order through Upload Parcha for a custom quote, and retail pricing has no minimum order.
- My GSTIN is from outside UP — will it work?
- Yes. We accept GSTINs from any state. Interstate orders include IGST on the invoice instead of CGST/SGST.
- Can I switch between retail and bulk mode?
- Yes. Your account has a Retail ↔ Bulk toggle. Switching clears the cart (retail pieces can't be converted to boxes and vice versa), but your tier and history carry across.
- How fast does bulk delivery reach me?
- Noida pincodes still get the 30-minute SLA on box-qty orders if the SKU is in our dark store. Pan-India box orders dispatch via freight partners; ETA is shown before you confirm.
